That's like here in Tottori! I swear it's my least favorite kind of winter weather, followed closely by 'anytime the temperature is under 10 degrees fahrenheit/-12 celcius' )
Yecch. It never gets that cold here. Last winter, I don't think the daytime temperature ever dipped below 0 degrees C.
